Pros:Fast pickup, no long processing at the counter. Waited on immediately and car was ready, not complicated with a lot of questions. The actual drop off was fast, but the first problem occurred within 1 hour of drop off when I received the email itemizing the charges which was wrong.Cons:I was incorrectly charged for refueling two gallons of gas, even though I topped off the tank less than two miles from the rental car drop off location. When I FUELED the vehicle I clicked the pump 3 to 4 times to make sure the tank was topped off, and the fuel gauge read full with 350 miles of available range shown on the vehicles computer. I had to call to get this refuel charge removed. Now I’m worried about the EZ-Pass charges not being charged correctly.Reviewed 13 Oct 2020
