Excellent vehicle (2021 Hyundai Sonata). Perfect for travel and super comfortable. The fellow who helped us was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very kind, helpful and joyful. We would have liked the price point to be a little lower. However the vehicle did have upscale paint and was completely loaded so it was understandable. Truly wonderful rental experience in all ways. Absolutely awesome 😀.

Car was available right on time. No problems with rental process whatsoever. I would suggest they do a mechanical check before each rental. Checking all fluid levels etc. or show a vehicle check that has been completed before releasing to the next client

Staff was friendly. No one was about when I came to return the vehicle @ 3:15 (despite the "back at 3" sign) so I used the key drop.

Cons:

The available small vehicle was a Mitsubishi Eclipse, not a great car.
