I made a reservation and when I got there they told me they had no cars available. Why would you design your system to let a person with no car figure out how to get there just to tell them there’s no cars available for ten reservation you made and you she. To figure out how to get back or to another place for a car. The second place I went to, the person never came back from lunch. I will never try to rent with hertz ever again!

North Las Vegas store was great. They called me prior to my pickup time to tell me they were going to be 1.5 hours late in having my rental, but they upgraded me two levels at no charge and added the additional time to my drop off. This may have been a major inconvenience for some, but worked out great for this trip. Overall a great experience.

The insurance was high. Paid 157.00 for week rental and 232.00 for insurance extremely terrible especially with our current financial situation due to Covid.
