Pros (+) The front desk managers were extremely courteous and helpful, both when checking in and when checking out. We are repeat customers and will continue to return here. A great value for the cost.

Pros (+) This hotel is GREAT! They had sUchiha great facilities for the kids and the room was PERFECT. Everything was super clean and well kept, the bed was amazing they even had great pillows! The kids loved the indoor play place and we loved the outdoor kiddie pool and the adult pool and of course the hit tubs. Pros (+) I had originally reserved a few days in a cheaper room but they had overbooked the cheaper rooms, so they upgraded me to a King Deluxe room for no extra cost. I couldn't have been happier with the good news. It definitely made my trip better knowing I had a great room to come home to at night.
Cons (-) There was nothing I disliked. The only thing that could possibly be an issue is that they start house keeping early in the morning (which was completely fine)
