Guests have four suites/residence style options to choose from based on the size of their group. Every luxury room choice has a local feel thanks to natural textures and elements that combine with modern amenities and finishes unparalleled in the Aspen Snowmass area. Guests will have breath-taking views and a full in-room kitchen to help bring a sense of serenity and comfort for all who stay. Pillow top mattresses, 100% Pima cotton linens, gas fireplace, HD flat-screen TV and complimentary WiFi are all included as well.

Options are a luxury as well at Viceroy Snowmass with the possibility of formal dining to quick bites on the go. TORO Kitchen and Lounge offers guests reservation options for Pan-Latin inspired dishes. NEST Outdoor Bar and Grill gives guests a perfect lunch option coming off the mountain or drinks when the day is over. Apres-Ski also offers guests a unique after-ski option to grab a drink and a quick bite while reminiscing about the day’s events.

Pros (+) Staff were friendly, courted and helpful. Location is great for ski in / out and 4 mountain sports on premise made it a breeze for rentals and gear transport to the other ski areas. Rooms are well appointed - we felt right at home.
Cons (-) Our room location wasn't the best - a little noisy at times - too near the lobby.

Pros (+) Had dinner at the hotel and the food and service was excellent, the waiter was well informed and willing to go above your normal expectations. The rooms were very small and even with very few people staying guest were all lumped together in one area of each floor. This took away any sort or privacy and quiet that you usually find at this type of resort in the summer.
Cons (-) Hotel front desk staff were terrible. They would not answer the phone they were slow to respond to any requests and appeared as if they all hated their jobs. Our check out and getting our car from valet was a disgrace on the hotel. Management obviously takes a break after the winter ski season which is not normal for this quality of a hotel. Perhaps some stock holders will look at this 5 star reso...
