Pros (+) Wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this hotel but it it definitely exceeded expectations. Fantastic location to the highway, to guildford mall and to major roads to get around Surrey. The staff in all areas were friendly, courteous, helpful and stopped at nothing to help you out. I will definitely stay there again.
Cons (-) The only thing I didn't like was the bath tub. It was very shallow, outdated, and very uncomfortable to soak in. Really, it was the only thing that I could pick out when I stayed there that I would change.
