While it’s true that Charlottetown has its fair share of historic boutique hotels and exclusive inns, the city also has a selection of larger properties that make for an equally comfortable stay. Case in point: the Delta Hotels by Marriott Prince Edward.

This is one of the best hotels in Charlottetown for travellers looking for a no-nonsense, business-friendly property. It also happens to be the only hotel set right on Charlottetown’s scenic harbourfront.

The guestrooms are comfortable and well-appointed with great views of the city. Keep in mind that while this property isn’t in the downtown core, it’s near a lot of other attractions in and around Charlottetown. It’s a short drive to Beach Grove Nature Trails and right next door to the Cows Creamery Museum (an institution in Prince Edward Island).

This is one of the best hotels in Charlottetown thanks to its price-to-amenities ratio. It has all the creature comforts you need for a good night’s rest, including beautiful four-poster beds in most rooms, claw foot tubs and hot tubs, and even small kitchenettes in some cases.

The staff are also extremely welcoming and helpful. I also love thatthis property is only about 15 minutes from the airport by car, making it super convenient for early flights.
