Cons (-) The pillows were too large and bulky. My wife and I woke up with sore necks for our very early flight out of Kelowna. Some thinner pillows would have been great.
Pros (+) They did upgrade us to a suite upon arrival and the bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) The bathroom had baseboards falling apart from water damage and everything was dusty. As well as the staff were not ultimately super polite.

Cons (-) The rooms were not sound proof at all. The sound we experienced from the elevator on the top floor was problematic. If the air conditioner was not turned on we could hear people sneezing and doors slamming. The size of the TV left a lot to be desired. Holiday Inn would be a better choice next time.
