Dining services range from room service to exotic Luaus. RumFire Poipu Beach prepares cuisine with the finest island ingredients and influences from all over the world. Lava’s on Poipu Beach offers open-air dining in close proximity to the beach. It is a casual bar and grill that serves local favorites, tropical drinks, and service from sunrise to sunset. Link@Sheraton Café provides high quality “grab and go” options including lattes, fresh fruits, and properties. The Café also features a seating our that overlooks the hotel’s beautiful ocean courtyard. Halelani Dinner provides a delicious meal just steps from the ocean with a dedicated server for each guest. The Aulii Luau allows guest to engage with the traditions of the region and is the island’s only oceanfront luau. This is offered twice weekly. For those who only wish to enjoy their own ocean view from their suite, room service is available.
The Sheraton has various watersports activities for guests who want to experience the majesty of the ocean. It also has 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and even space for any business venture or wedding. Other amenities include pools, hot tubs, a full service spa, and a fitness center. Pros (+) The aloha of the staff was the best we've ever experienced anywhere. Our housekeeper Delilah was the most friendly, accommodating and welcoming person I think we've ever met. She really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. We'd go back just for her. Overall, the grounds are very clean as are the rooms. The place is a tad dated but well cared for. Our room had an outstanding view in bld...
Cons (-) Our laundry facilities were in bldg 2 on the other side of the grounds. It would be nice to facilities in each bldg. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were terrible. Down and foam filled were the only two options - both of which tend to flatten out to nothing which offers zero support for your head and neck.
