Pros (+) I liked the rooms, the food, the hospitality, pretty much everything about our visit
Cons (-) OVER PRICED! Called the hotel, was told they were sold out for the weekend but went online and found this site. Needed the room so couldn't balk at the price but seriously, $256 for a room that normally goes for $100 less? OUCH!!

Pros (+) Caddie did a good job at the front desk to help with some of the issues and Joe the breakfast chef was full of customer service when others wouldn't go out of thier way to help a weary traveller.
Cons (-) Was told valet was the only one available. Left keys out on the desk outside while running to parking garage. Then ordered room service and was told after 90 min that front desk staff had to bring food up because there was only one person in the kitchen. Fourth of July weekend. Really not good plannin.
