Pros (+) Staff was good rooms were clean
Cons (-) Our rooms air was off so it felt like it was 100 degrees in the room and took forever to cool
Pros (+) It had a good location near waterfront Manteo and convenient to Nags Head/Hwy 12 (about a 7 minute drive). The staff genuinely tried to help fix issues but were ultimately unable to resolve.
Cons (-) I was traveling for business (I'm a social media manager) and there was no wifi during my four-day stay. I was given multiple reasons why it wasn't working and twice told it was my fault until having to walk down and prove it was their system. At one point I was told it was an island-wide outage, but I had no problem accessing the internet anywhere else on the island. It made my trip more stressfu...
