Pros (+) Staff were very friendly with us at check in and out, plus it was fast and easy. Charged a $50 fee for a just in case of any damage is caused. 7-10 days to ger my money back is a big yikes! Other than that, the room was actually very comfortable, the beds were nice and cable tv was provided. Was just me and my girlfriend checking in for the night, had requested a queen sized bed but we got two ful...
Cons (-) The deposit charge being released in 7-10 days. Wanted to take a bath but the switch to lock the drain appeared to had been broken, so neither of us could take a bath and had to shower.

Pros (+) Location is brilliant, just next to the subway, staff couldn't of been more helpful with luggage, our room standard and cleanliness was great, checking our limo was on schedule, giving us takeaway menus when we were tired etc. Room had everything you needed and was a decent size.
Cons (-) Nothing really just that there was no lift but it wasn't an issue as the staff helped with our luggage.
