Pros (+) Clean comfortable room. Ready earlier than promised.

Pros (+) Great hotel with great service from the moment we were picked up by the airport shuttle until we were given a late check out and then were able to eat take out in their beautiful lounge while we killed time before the airport shuttle took us back for our next flight. Comfortable beds, great breakfast, hot shower with great water pressure.
Cons (-) I would have liked a list of the cable channels in the hotel room.
Cons (-) I online checked in the night before. The didgutal key was not available on my app when we arrived. I called the front desk and the gentleman told me I must have done something wrong when I checked in on my phone. I went to the desk and asked him to show me on my phone what I missed. Turns out the hotel changed my room without notifying me. The was never an explanation nor an apology.
Pros (+) This hotel is an excellent Hampton Inn & Suites location. Adjacent to the airport. An easy drive to the scenic drive along the Delaware River. Lots of shopping nearby. Close to West Point and other historic points along the Hudson River. Also some excellent restaurants in Newburgh along the riverfront. The room was spotless, bed comfortable, linens like new. We liked it so much, we decided to stay...
