We had a great stay. The king bed was comfortable, the view great, and the staff friendly. The quality of the provided soap, shampoo, and tea/coffee was good. Pros (+) The pool and gym were fantastic along with the sauna. Shower had high water pressure. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful
Cons (-) I felt the bed was too hard for my liking. It wasn't lumpy at all but definitely too firm. Finding the parking garage was a bit of a chore as well

Pros (+) Amazing location in downtown Vancouver to enjoy all the terrific city has to offer! Beautiful views and gorgeous rooms but it all boils down to location! Breakfast was a nice perk too!

Cons (-) Pool, fitness room, and all amenities that make a 4-star hotel a 4-star hotel were unavailable. Staff was hardly accommodating. Room deco was very outdated and not completely clean.

Pros (+) Location.. Going on Cruise and only 1.5 blocks from Cruise Ship Terminal. and 1 block from Train.... The Room Suite was well decorated and very comfortable, Clean and prepared for our arrival.
Cons (-) Had booked 2 rooms and paid in advance. On arrival only showed one room booked. Staff worked to correct issue but only after turning attention to other parties who arrived at counter then came back to us. Poor Signage walled past the Hotel.
