Pros (+) I was in Vancouver for one night for an early AM meeting. I had a long day of work and travel before checking in and the staff made me feel immediately welcome. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I regret not having more than a few hours to take advantage of this property.

Pros (+) Extremely helpful, friendly and dedicated service. Unfortunately, we were in and out quickly for an early flight, but everyone was terrific in getting us checked in, fed, and out the door to the airport on time.

We knew at 9am a room would not be available...so we went off to explore Vancouver. 30 minutes later we had a cell phone call that our beautiful room was available.
