Cons (-) The staff was not very helpful. I reserved a king non-smoking room and when I arrived at 7pm, they tried giving me a king smoking room. I showed them my reservation confirmation and they tried blaming it on the reservation site. They gave away all the king non-smoking rooms and I was DOWNGRADED to a queen room.
