Pros (+) Desk staff very cheerful and helpful. Room very clean and attendant cleaned the rooms very quickly. Job well done. The walk in showers were so enjoyable vs standing in a tub
Cons (-) The food services area was terribly managed. Tables were not cleaned, floors were sticky for three continuous days. Buffet area was not restocked, patrons had to ask for silverware to be restocked, and almost every table was rickety and unbalanced. The omelet station was the only saving grace.
Pros (+) Very friendly staff. Hotel was clean. Gave us a free upgrade to a 1 bedroom king suite. Room was clean and spacious. And well equipped for an extended stay. Wish it was in an area we go to more often as we would definitely stay again. Will look for other Hyatt House hotels in future travels.
Pros (+) Everything was wet great but me and my girlfriend noticed a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. So bad that we kept flushing the toilet and eventually had to close the bathroom door because we were unable to sleep.
Pros (+) Clean, comfortable, great value.
