The front desk staff were very nice and well informed. This hotel has a lot of travelers who are using it for long term parking as well as sport: tournament groups. So parking was overfilled ane you had to make your own parking spot. While some furniture was worn, everything was clean, the shuttle was on time and all the staff were helpful and nice.
Location and shuttle to airport very convenient. Comfortable night stay prior to early morning flight.

Cons (-) There was no security in the hotel. The easy access bridge from the airport brought people without control directly into the 2nd floor. There were people that were not guests in the hotel using the meeting area restrooms to wash themselves. Plus elevator access to the room floors was possibly without a room key.

Forgot to turn it down before going to bed and woke up sweltering. Turned it down but couldn't go back to sleep then. Had to be up at 5 to catch our plane so was relying on the coffee maker in our room but it was broken and I kept having to hold the power butt...

Pros (+) The restaurant's food was really good. We ate both a breakfast and evening meal. Superb! 'The staff at the check in/out desk was superb! We would definitely consider staying there again.
