Cute place and the staff was extremely friendly and allowed me to store my luggage for a couple of days till I returned from Paris. Overall things were great, but my window faced the back of the building and it was super noisy. I could hear a man yelling from outside in the middle of the night.

Pros (+) I ended up arriving early, and the staff went out of their way to clean the room so I could settle in. The morning/day person at the desk was very helpful in arranging a car service for me as well!
Cons (-) The room was fairly clean but the bathroom had some hairs on the floor still. Might be because they rushed to clean for me!

Pros (+) London hotels are notoriously and consistently disappointing, minescule, and gross. So I was very surprised that this room was recently modernized and quite nice and clean, although still small. There was renovation going on during my stay but the crew was very courteous and quiet. Location next to paddington is a huge bonus. Breakfast was well above London standards.
