Pros (+) We were upgraded. Breakfasts were very good. Staff very helpful. We stayed an extra day. Bed very comfortable. Internet worked well. Will come back next year during 3 1/2 month trip to the south.
Cons (-) They asked for all this information from me while the room wS prepaid. The furniture lobby was unclean and worn out. It really gave me a bad impression the moment I walked in. The room was not throughly cleaned either. No thanks!
Pros (+) Staff was very pleasant and accommodating as well as quick. Cleaning staff and other staff always smiled and greeted my through the hallways. Room was clean and everything worked properly (lights/AC unit/bathroom).
